Privacy policy
Who is responsible for your data
The data controller is Webmaster SAS, trading as Betagora Network. Its company details are listed in our legal notice.
For any question about your data, please use our contact form.
What data we collect
Contact form: your name, company, email address, phone number if you give it, the type of request, a link to your LinkedIn profile or CV if you add one, and your message. Fields marked as required are needed to answer you.
Technical data: when you visit the website, our hosting provider records technical data such as your IP address, browser and the pages requested, in server logs.
We do not use analytics, advertising or social media trackers, and we do not buy contact lists.
Why we use it, and on what legal basis
Answering partnership, advertising and press requests: our legitimate interest in answering business enquiries, or steps taken at your request before signing a contract (GDPR, article 6.1.f and 6.1.b).
Handling job applications: steps taken at your request before a possible employment or service contract (GDPR, article 6.1.b).
Keeping the website secure and available: our legitimate interest (GDPR, article 6.1.f).
We never use your data for automated decision-making or profiling, and we never sell it.
Who receives it
Only the members of our team who handle your request, and our technical providers acting on our instructions: Netlify, Inc., which hosts the website and processes form submissions.
Netlify may store data in the United States. These transfers are covered by the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses and, where applicable, the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework.
How long we keep it
Business enquiries: three years after our last contact.
Job applications: two years after our last contact, so we can come back to you for a future role, unless you ask us to delete them sooner. If you join us, your application becomes part of your employee file.
Server logs: no more than twelve months.
Your rights
You can access your data, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to its use, ask for a copy in a portable format, and give instructions on what happens to it after your death. Send your request through our contact form; we answer within one month.
If you believe your rights are not respected, you can lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority, the CNIL (www.cnil.fr), or with the authority of your country.
Security
The website is served over an encrypted HTTPS connection, and access to form submissions is limited to the people who need it.
Changes to this policy
We will update this page if our practices change. Last updated: 4 November 2026.
