Media Buyer, Paid Social & Native

About the role

Our media grow mostly through SEO. Paid acquisition lets us scale what already works organically, and test new markets before we invest in content. We are building this channel now, and you will be one of its first members.

You will work with our Head of Performance, a designer and our data analyst, with a monthly budget that grows with results. You will decide where the money goes, and you will be judged on profit, not on spend.

What you will do

• Launch and optimise campaigns on Meta, TikTok, Google and native networks such as Taboola and Outbrain, in the markets where gambling advertising is permitted.
• Manage daily budgets against the CPA and ROAS targets agreed with each operator.
• Brief and test creatives, angles and landing pages with the design and content teams.
• Set up and check tracking: pixels, server-side events, postbacks and UTM structure.
• Keep every campaign within local advertising rules, platform policies and operator brand guidelines.
• Share a weekly performance report, with clear recommendations, with the partnerships team.

What we are looking for

• 3+ years of media buying with a monthly budget of at least €50,000, ideally in iGaming, fintech or lead generation.
• Strong command of Meta Ads Manager and at least one native network.
• Good understanding of tracking and attribution, including server-side events and postbacks.
• Comfortable with spreadsheets and dashboards: you make decisions with data, not instinct.
• Knowledge of gambling advertising rules in at least one regulated market.
• Fluent English.

Nice to have

• Portuguese or Spanish.
• Experience with a tracker such as Voluum, RedTrack or Binom.
• Experience launching campaigns in Brazil or Latin America.
